How long does it take to process an order?

Orders received after 8:45 AM British time will be processed and dispatched on the next business day. 

Is there free shipping?

Most of our products come with free shipping, but you also have the option to select expedited shipping, which may vary depending on the order. 

When will my order arrive?

Orders generally take 15-20 business days to get delivered.

Do you offer faster delivery options?

Yes, we do! Please give us a call or send us an email at  ruiruizhang@protonmail.com with your shipping address and desired delivery date so we can provide a shipping quote!

How do I check the status of my order?

If you have not received a tracking number for your order within 5 business days, please give us a call or send us an email at ruiruizhang@protonmail.com! Be sure to include your name, email address, and order number so we can get back to you quickly. 

How long is your holiday lead time?

We will process your order in 1-2 business days, but there could be some delays with shipping from the increased demand over the holiday season – this is unfortunately outside of our control. We recommend purchasing a goods at least 2 weeks before your planned gift day to ensure that you have it on hand.

 Can I pick up in-store?

In efforts to social distancing and to protect our customers and employees, we are temporarily suspending visits to our showroom. We surely miss you.

If you need to drop off or pick up your goods, please schedule a time with us so we can be prepared. We will provide you with additional information over the phone or email when you schedule a time with us.
